Vika’s surprisingly perfect floor routine
Vika has never conquered the floor and her emotions as she did on Thursday, performing last in the Olympics. I think she is going to shine in the next four years - just like Uchimura did in the last cycle. She has always had problems with consistence but she really rose above it beautifully this Olympics. She seemed her usual perfectionist on the vault, showing her disappointment when it did not go as planned. But then she fought on the bars and beam, the most dangerous apparatus, and then put on the BEST floor performance of her life. She is going to blossom, in the apparatus finals and I want to see her take it all when she comes back in 2016. I love her, so beautiful, so graceful, and so human.
